Why take an extended test drive?
Some car Dealerships let you take a drive around the block, but we believe it takes more than this to truly know if you’re making a sound investment. We offer extended test drives to our guests, which means you can take your potential new vehicle for a few hours, overnight or even a weekend.
This extra quality time with a Toyota allows you to get a feel for it, to make your decision even easier and visualise how it would fit in with your needs and lifestyle. This is your opportunity to get used to the car’s acceleration and braking system, technology features and how comfortable the seats are. It’s also your chance to determine what’s missing; what features or upgrades would you want to add when you do make that purchase?
Test on your Turf
Want to speed up the process? Our Test on your Turf program gives our guests the chance to try out a car around their own neighbourhood within their own busy schedule, with a typical test drive lasting around 20-30 minutes.
This eliminates the need to visit our Sydney Toyota Dealerships and lets you get used to the vehicle on your own doorstep. Our used vehicles are not included in this program, but you can view the range of new vehicles available and once you’ve chosen one, just book in a time for our team to drop-off the car to you.
Bringing the car to you
We’re aware that you may want to take a new car for sale on an extended test drive, without the risk of going outside and visiting our showrooms. To help, we’ve put procedures in place to deliver a contactless service, so you can get the full browsing and buying experience from your house.
Our friendly team at Croydon and Lidcombe Phil Gilbert Dealerships can drop off and pick up the vehicle inline with social distancing rules. Doing our best to accommodate your schedule, we’ll come out to you, so you can take an extended test drive on your terms. Rest assured we’re implementing intensive cleaning of all our vehicles and facilities, and are practising the highest hygiene standards at all times - especially right now.
