Roadside Assistance

Call 137 200. We’re here to help you get back on the road asap.

To ensure we can assist as quickly as possible, you will be asked to provide:

• Your location: Anything from street name to landmarks.
• Your Toyota details: Model, colour etc or your Rego.
• A description of the problem: engine not working, keys locked in etc. This will help us to send the right specialist to you.
• A contact phone number, where possible.

You can call 137 200 Mon-Fri 8.30am to 7pm EST or contact us. If you prefer, you can purchase Roadside Assist at Phil Gilbert Toyota.

If you do not have Roadside Assistance with Toyota Financial Services, you can call us to request immediate service and we will help get you back on the road. You will be asked to pay a call out fee and purchase a policy, so you can remain covered in the event you need assistance in the future.

Our Roadside Assistance program covers most makes and models regardless of whether it is a Toyota or not.

Toyota will provide roadside assistance regardless of who is driving your car.
