Phil's Car Care Clinic
As part of our ongoing commitment to complete guest satisfaction and knowledge of their vehicle, Phil Gilbert Toyota invites guests to attend our free Car Care Clinics. At our latest event we also included a Hybrid Awareness station. Our clinics are designed to assist our guests with understanding and using all vehicle features and technology, as well as observing vehicle system demonstrations to assist in that understanding.
Earlier this month we hosted over 60 of our guests to one of our clinics and we had the opportunity to reinforce the need for preventive maintenance as well as de-mystify the service experience.
Held in our Lidcombe workshop, our guests were able to experience a ‘behind the scenes’ look at Phil Gilbert Toyota, and this provided them with a chance to see the quality setup of our service department and also familiarise themselves with what will happen to their vehicle when they come in for their next service.

The guests were divided into a number of groups and rotated through these stations over the course of the evening, which covered areas such as Wheels & Tyres, Under the Bonnet, Brakes & Steering and Hybrid Vehicles.
The inclusion of the Hybrid station provided the Phil Gilbert Toyota team with the chance to demonstrate the benefits of the Hybrid Synergy Drive technology. Many of our guests took the opportunity to ask questions about the vehicles and get behind the wheel of the Prius range.
All the guests were very engaged and appreciated and enjoyed the evening and their complimentary goodie bag at the end of the evening. We’ve received lots of great feedback since the evening!
