*Phil Gilbert Toyota "3 years / 60,000kms Free Scheduled Servicing on HiLux WorkMate" Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Toyota ("Phil Gilbert Toyota") of 66 - 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141 and 2-14 Parramatta Road Croydon 2132.

2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Thursday 1st February 2024 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Thursday 29th February 2024.

Eligibility

3. To be eligible, the customer must purchase an eligible new Toyota HiLux WorkMate, (the “HiLux”),from Phil Gilbert Toyota stock between 8.30 a.m. on Thursday 1st February 2024 and 5:30 p.m. on Thursday 29th February 2024; and take delivery of the Vehicle not later than Sunday 31st March 2024 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Toyota Manager).

4. An eligible HiLux includes all HiLux WorkMate models.

5. The offer is open to all Australian resident, private customers aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business customers, except for bronze fleet customers of Phil Gilbert Toyota. Government, Rental, Fleet Not For Profit, and Toyota Employee Family Vehicle Purchase vehicles are also ineligible, and additional exclusions may apply;

6. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families;

Free Service Offer

7. Each eligible customer will receive free their scheduled Toyota Service Advantage services for a period of 3 years or 60,000kms (excluding intermediate services), whichever is earlier. This equates to up to 6 standard scheduled services.

8. Toyota Service Advantage covers all items specified under the standard 'Maintenance for Normal Operating Conditions' schedule detailed in the Warranty Service Booklet, including parts, labor, and fluids.

9. The free Toyota Service Advantage scheduled services are only redeemable at Phil Gilbert Toyota Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Toyota Guest Experience Centre.

10. The Toyota Service Advantage terms and conditions apply and can be viewed at www.toyota.com.au/advantage. Please note that these terms and conditions include expiry dates for each scheduled service. Expired services will not be covered under this offer.

11. This offer is not redeemable for cash.

12. This offer is not transferable with the Vehicle if it is sold prior to the expiration of 3 years or 60,000kms whichever is earlier.
