#Phil Gilbert Toyota “3 years Free Scheduled Servicing Offer” (*3 years / 60,000kms or 3 years / 45,000 kms for C-HR, Corolla, Camry, RAV4 or Yaris) Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Toyota (“Phil Gilbert Toyota”) of 66 - 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141 and 2-14 Parramatta Road Croydon 2132.
2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Wednesday 1st December 2021 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Friday 31st December 2021. (the “Offer Period”).
3. To be eligible, the guest must
a. Make their initial enquiry to purchase a new Toyota vehicle from Phil Gilbert Toyota during the Offer Period by submitting an enquiry via a lead form accessed from a Phil Gilbert Toyota Facebook ad. No other lead source will trigger eligibility; and
b. Live in Phil Gilbert Toyota’s Prime Market Area (PMA) as listed in Schedule 1. Evidence of the guest’s residential address will be taken from their current driver’s licence and referred to in the purchase contract as the guest’s address; and
c. Purchase a new Toyota vehicle, excluding a Supra or Coaster, (the “Vehicle”) from Phil Gilbert Toyota between Wednesday 1st December 2021 and Friday 31st December and take delivery of the Vehicle no later than 5:30 p.m. on Monday 31st January 2022 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Toyota Manager).
4. The offer is open to all Australian resident, private guests aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to fleet guests, except for bronze fleet guests of Phil Gilbert Toyota. Government, Rental, Fleet Not For Profit and Toyota Employee Family Vehicle Purchase vehicles are also ineligible and additional exclusions may apply.
5. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families;
6. Each eligible guest will receive free their scheduled Toyota Service Advantage services for a period of 3 years or 60,000kms (excluding intermediate services) or 3 years/45,000 kms for C-HR, Corolla, Camry, RAV4 or Yaris (excluding intermediate services), whichever is earlier as follows:
a. For C-HR this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
b. Corolla and Hybrid Corolla this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
c. for Camry, Hybrid Camry and V6 Camry, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
d. for RAV4 and Hybrid RAV4, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
e. for Yaris and Hybrid Yaris, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
f. for 86 this equates to up to 4 standard scheduled services; and
g. for all remaining Toyota vehicles, this equates to up to 6 standard scheduled services.
7. Toyota Service Advantage covers all items specified under the standard 'Maintenance for Normal Operating Conditions' schedule detailed in the Warranty Service Logbook, including parts, labour and fluids.
8. The free scheduled Toyota Service Advantage services are only redeemable at Phil Gilbert Toyota Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Toyota Guest Experience Centre.
9. The Toyota Service Advantage terms and conditions apply and can be viewed at www.toyota.com.au/advantage. Please note that these terms and conditions include expiry dates for each scheduled service. Expired services will not be covered under this offer.
10. This offer is not redeemable for cash.
11. This offer is not transferable with the Vehicle if it is sold prior to the expiration of 3 years or 60,000kms or 3 years/45,000 kms for C-HR, Corolla, Camry, RAV4 or Yaris, whichever is earlier.
