1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Toyota ("Phil Gilbert Toyota") of 66 - 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141 and 2-14 Parramatta Road Croydon 2132.
2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Friday 14th March 2025 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 16th March 2025.

Eligibility

3. To be eligible, the customer must purchase a new Toyota vehicle, (the "Vehicle"), from Phil Gilbert Toyota stock vehicles between 8.30 a.m. on Friday 14th March 2025 and 5:30 p.m. on Sunday 16th March 2025; and take delivery of the Vehicle not later than Monday 31st March 2025 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Toyota Manager).
4. The offer is open to all Australian resident, private customers aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business customers, except for bronze fleet customers of Phil Gilbert Toyota. Government, Rental, Fleet Not For Profit, and Toyota Employee Family Vehicle Purchase vehicles are also ineligible, and additional exclusions may apply;
5. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families;

Free Service Offer

6. Each eligible customer will receive free their scheduled Toyota Service Advantage services for a period of 3 years or 60,000kms (or 3 years/45,000 kms for C-HR, Corolla, Camry, RAV4 or Yaris) (excluding intermediate services), whichever is earlier as follows:
   1. For C-HR, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services
   2. For Corolla and Hybrid Corolla, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
   3. For Camry, Hybrid Camry, and V6 Camry, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
   4. For RAV4 and Hybrid RAV4, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
   5. For Yaris, this equates to up to 3 standard scheduled services;
   6. For 86, this equates to up to 4 standard scheduled services; and
   7. For all remaining Toyota vehicles, this equates to up to 6 standard scheduled services.
7. Toyota Service Advantage covers all items specified under the standard 'Maintenance for Normal Operating Conditions' schedule detailed in the Warranty Service Booklet, including parts, labor, and fluids.
8. The free Toyota Service Advantage scheduled services are only redeemable at Phil Gilbert Toyota Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Toyota Guest Experience Centre.
9. The Toyota Service Advantage terms and conditions apply and can be viewed at www.toyota.com.au/advantage. Please note that these terms and conditions include expiry dates for each scheduled service. Expired services will not be covered under this offer.

2. The offer commences at 8.30 a.m. on Friday 14th March 2025 and ends at 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 16th March 2025.
3. To be eligible, the customer must:
   1. purchase a new Toyota vehicle (the “Vehicle”) from Phil Gilbert Toyota stock vehicles between 8:30 am on Friday 14th March 2025 and 5.30 p.m. on Sunday 16th March 2025;
   2. During purchase negotiations, offer one only used vehicle as a trade-in vehicle in part payment for the purchase of the new Vehicle (the “Trade-in Vehicle”);
   3. take delivery of the Vehicle not later than 5.30 p.m. on Monday 31st March 2025 (or later at the discretion of a Phil Gilbert Toyota Manager).
4. The offer is open to all Australian residents, private customers aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business customers, except for nominated small business customers of Phil Gilbert Toyota ABN holders, Government, Rental, Fleet, and Not For Profit vehicles are also ineligible, and additional exclusions may apply;
5. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families;
6. Each eligible customer will receive a minimum offer of $3,000 for one Trade-in Vehicle subject to the following;
   1. The Trade-in Vehicle must be registered in the eligible customer’s name (or one of them when two or more customers are purchasing a Vehicle);
   2. All trade-in vehicles must have at least 45 days of registration remaining as at 16th March 2025;
   3. All trade-ins must be drivable in the opinion of the dealer at the time of valuation and registered to purchasing customer; and
   4. All other terms and conditions relating to Trade-in Vehicles, as set out in the purchase contract continue to apply.
