1. This promotion is offered by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as Phil Gilbert Toyota (“Phil Gilbert Toyota”) of 66 - 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW 2141 and 730 Parramatta Road Croydon 2132.

2. The offer commences on 1 March 2023 and ends at 30 June 2023 (the “Program Period”).

Eligibility
3. To be eligible, the guest must:

  1. Purchase a new or used vehicle, (the “Vehicle”) from Phil Gilbert Toyota between 1 March 2023 and 30 June 2023; and
  2. Finance the Vehicle purchase (or part of the purchase) using finance facilitated or arranged by Phil Gilbert Toyota with, and approved by Toyota Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181, AFSL and Australian Credit Licence 392536) on behalf of the guest; and
  3. Proceed to settle the Vehicle purchase, or part of it, once the Vehicle is available for delivery, using the finance facilitated or arranged and approved in accordance with 3(b) above.

4. The offer is open to all Australian residents, private guests aged 18 years or over. The offer is not open to business guests, except for bronze fleet guests of Phil Gilbert Toyota. Government, Rental, Fleet Not For Profit and Toyota Employee Family Vehicle Purchase vehicles are also ineligible and additional exclusions may apply.

5. Phil Gilbert Toyota reserves the right to exclude any vehicle from eligibility for the Program. The decision of Phil Gilbert Toyota in this regard will be final.

6. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families. Free Service Offer

7. Each eligible guest will receive free their scheduled Toyota Service Advantage services for a period of 1 year or 20,000kms (or 1 year/15,000 kms for Yaris, C-HR, Corolla, Camry, RAV4, Kluger, 86 or Supra), whichever is earlier as follows:

  1. for Coaster, Prado, Fortuner, GR Yaris, Granvia, HiLux (all variants), Landcruiser 300, Landcruiser 70 and HiAce this equates to up to 2 standard scheduled services; and
  2. for all remaining Toyota vehicles, this equates to 1 standard scheduled service.

8. The free Service is only redeemable at Phil Gilbert Toyota Service Centres, located at Lidcombe and Croydon. Services must be pre-booked with the Phil Gilbert Toyota Guest Experience Centre.

9. Specific terms and conditions apply to new vehicle services as follows:

  1. The Toyota Service Advantage terms and conditions apply and can be viewed at https://www.toyota.com.au/owners/service/toyota-service-advantage. Please note that these terms and conditions include expiry dates for each scheduled service. Expired services will not be covered under this offer.

10. This offer is not redeemable for cash.

11. Program eligibility is not transferable with the eligible Vehicle if it is sold by the Eligible Guest.
