Toyota Service Advantage

Gillen Motors Pty Ltd “TSA Service” Competition Terms and Conditions – July 2024 to July 2025

1. Promotion:

1.1. This promotion is conducted by Gillen Motors Pty Ltd trading as;

  • Phil Gilbert Toyota
  • Phil Gilbert Lidcombe; and
  • Phil Gilbert Croydon;

(the “Promoter”) of 66 - 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW;

2. Promotion Period:

2.1. The offer commences at the opening of business, 7.30 am on 1 July 2024 and ends at 6 pm on 30 June 2025. (the “Offer Period”)

3. Eligibility:

3.1. For valid entry,

3.1.1. The customer must complete a scheduled Toyota Service Advantage service on their eligible Toyota vehicle at either Phil Gilbert Toyota Lidcombe or Phil Gilbert Toyota Croydon during the Offer Period; and

3.1.2. The scheduled Toyota Service Advantage service must be completed within the N+4 month due window, where N is the due date based on the date of first registration of the eligible Toyota vehicle;

3.1.3. Customers will not receive an entry to the competition for otherwise eligible Toyota vehicles serviced outside the N+4 month due window.

3.2. “Complete” means that the service is carried out and paid for by the customer, or where the guest has a Phil Gilbert Motor Group free service offer, payment is not required.

3.3. Eligible customers will receive either:

  1. one entry per eligible service completed for customers who book by phone, text or email; or
  2. one entry per eligible service completed for customers who book via https://philgilberttoyota.dealer.toyota.com.au/service/booking/ or myToyotaConnect; or
  3. two entries per eligible service completed for customers who book via https://philgilberttoyota.dealer.toyota.com.au/service/booking/ or myToyotaConnect and use the promotional code “WIN”.

3.4. An eligible Toyota vehicle is a Toyota vehicle which is eligible for the Toyota Service Advantage program. Eligibility is determined by Toyota Australia here https://www.toyota.com.au/-/media/toyota/main-site/page-data/service/service-pricing-tcs.pdf

3.5. The offer is open to all Australian resident private customers aged 18 years or over.

3.6. The offer is not open to business customers including Government, Rental and Fleet guests.

3.7. The offer is not open to any employees of Gillen Motors Pty Ltd or its associated entities and their immediate families.

4. Prizes:

4.1. The Prize consists of;

4.1.1. For one (1) customer of Phil Gilbert Toyota Lidcombe, 1 x service department credit to the value of $500.00; and

4.1.2. For one (1) customer of Phil Gilbert Toyota Croydon, 1 x service department credit to the value of $500.00;

4.1.3. Service credits are valid for 2 years from the date of the prize draw.

4.1.4. Service credits can be used for service, repair work and consumables (Tyres, wiper blades, batteries etc) for the eligible Toyota vehicle carried out at either Phil Gilbert Toyota Lidcombe or Phil Gilbert Toyota Croydon.

4.1.5. Service credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

4.2. In total there will be twelve draws of 2 x prize, each up to the value of $500. Prizes will be drawn in the months of;

4.2.1. August 2024 for entries received in July 2024;

4.2.3. September 2024 for entries received in August 2024; 

4.2.3. October 2024 for entries received in September 2024; 

4.2.4. November 2024 for entries received in October 2024; 

4.2.5. December 2024 for entries received in November 2024;

4.2.6. January 2025 for entries received in December 2024;

4.2.7. February 2025 for entries received in January 2025;

4.2.8. March 2025 for entries received in February 2025; 

4.2.9. April 2025 for entries received in March 2025; 

4.2.10. May 2025 for entries received in April 2025; 

4.2.11. June 2025 for entries received in May 2025; 

4.2.12. July 2025 for entries received in June 2025

5. Prize Draw:

5.1. The prize draws will be conducted on the first Wednesday of each new month during the period July 2024 to July 2025 for entries from the preceding month at 11 am at 66 – 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW.

5.2. At the first prize draw, for customers of Phil Gilbert Lidcombe, the Promoter will conduct a random draw of one (1) entries from all entries in the prize draw barrel that comply with these terms and conditions over the promotion period to determine the winners of the Prize.

5.3. At the second prize draw, for customers of Phil Gilbert Croydon, the Promoter will conduct a random draw of one (1) entries from all entries in the prize draw barrel that comply with these terms and conditions over the promotion period to determine the winners of the Prize.

5.4. The prize winners will be notified by telephone and in writing of their prize.

5.5. The prize winner’s prize/s can only be redeemed by the prize winner from Gillen Motors Pty Ltd.

6. Publication:

6.1. The prize winners’ names will be published on the Phil Gilbert Toyota Phil Gilbert Toyota website at https://www.philgilberttoyota.com.au/special-offers/service-guests-competition-winners/ after each prize draw. 

7. Prize Redraw:

7.1. If any of the prizes remain unclaimed three months after the prize draw at 9 am, despite all reasonable efforts to contact the prize winner the prize will be forfeited and a further draw will be conducted by the Promoter for any unclaimed prize(s) at 11 am at 66 – 76 Parramatta Road, Lidcombe NSW.

7.2. In any redraw situation, the prize winner/s will be notified by telephone and in writing of their prize.

7.3. In any redraw situation, the prize winners’ names will be published on the Phil Gilbert Toyota website at https://www.philgilberttoyota.com.au/special-offers/service-guests-competition-winners/ after each prize draw.

8. Winner Publicity 8. The Promoter reserves the right and licence to use prize winners’ name, suburb, photographs, images and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Gillen Motors Pty Ltd unless a written request for anonymity is received from the prize winner.
