Last week my partner and I purchased and picked up a Genesis from your dealership and Josh was the sales consultant that we dealt with. Throughout the whole process, Josh provided us with very professional and courteous service and he showed a level of maturity well beyond his years. Josh’s knowledge of the car is outstanding and he took the time to take us through all of its features. Excellent Customer Service
We recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from your Lidcombe dealership and was assisted by Jeffrey. This is a recommendation for recognition of excellent customer service, we're both so pleased with the service we received from Jeff. He spent an inordinate amount of time helping us not only with the car, but also by taking us to the RMS to register the car, to spare parts, and to the service centre. Talal, it was my pleasure to buy a pre-owned vehicle from you. I would like to write to you in regards to our experience in purchasing a new vehicle within your store at Five Dock. We have been looking to purchase a Kluger Grande for some time and visited many Toyota dealers - Dragan - stood out and managed to make our experience one that is not only memorable but also managed to make the whole buying process a pleasant one. Amazed By the Service

Great Assistance
Our sales person didn't try to do the hard sell to us unlike a lot of salespersons at other Dealerships we went to, which played a role in why we purchased the vehicle at Phil Gilbert. Also he took his time with us and answered our questions both before and after the purchase. Eduardo is one of the better salesman I have met!
